The Fallacy of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump's "Cast Iron Prenup"

The New York Post is reporting that divorcing couple Donald Trump, Jr. and Vanessa Trump have a “cast iron prenup” that effectively forecloses any dispute over custody and child support.  Not true.  

In New York prenuptial agreements cannot conclusively establish custody or child support.  Only judges can make a final determination on those issues because the court has sole governance over the best interests of children.
